- ×We won't sell you a captive product. We're independent — we shop multiple A-rated carriers and tell you which one fits your risk. We don't have a quota for any one company.
- ×We won't bind a policy we'd warn a friend against. If a quote has a deductible structure, exclusion, or limit that's wrong for your business, we say so before you sign.
- ×We won't disappear after the bind. The broker who placed your coverage is the one who answers your call about a COI, an audit, or a claim — for as long as you stay with us.
